A new name, a new brand, an owner-controlled website, and a complete marketing program for a Colorado legal services and divorce coaching practice.
I worked directly with Jennifer C. Berryhill to connect her services, her story, and her marketing—then build the foundation and tools to move her business forward.

Fractional CMO · Full launch
March–June 2026
A solo practice needing clear positioning, accessible systems, and a coordinated launch.

01 · The situation
Jennifer was newly licensed as one of Colorado’s first Licensed Legal Paraprofessionals and already working as a Certified Divorce Coach®. She had the expertise to help clients, but her marketing did not give her a usable foundation.
She could not properly access or update her existing website. Its presentation did not reflect her values, her business social pages were not in place, and setting up Google Business Profile had become a source of frustration.
There was also a positioning challenge: potential clients and referral partners needed to understand what an LLP does and how Jennifer’s legal services and divorce coaching complemented each other. Her focus on later-in-life, or “gray,” divorce needed to come through clearly.
She needed a strategy, a working launch plan, and hands-on help that would move the business forward without adding to the overwhelm of running it alone.
02 · The work
I led the strategy, design, setup, and implementation. Discovery came first, so every channel could reflect Jennifer’s voice, her services, and the people she wanted to reach.
A customized, 40-page marketing program connected mission, positioning, competitive research, client and referral personas, goals, budget, and channel priorities.
Marketing strategy →A new firm identity, logo suite, and brand guidelines gave Jennifer a consistent presentation and a clear way to communicate the value of her legal and coaching services.
Brand strategy →An owner-controlled website replaced the inaccessible site. Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Search Console were set up and explained so Jennifer could understand performance.
Google Business Profile, Bing, and Yelp listings supported discoverability. Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram business profiles gave the practice a coordinated social presence.
A national press release introduced the Colorado practice, its LLP services, its focus on gray divorce, and Jennifer’s Certified Divorce Coach® offering.
Messaging explained the LLP designation and scope of services, with attention to Colorado’s advertising requirements and the distinction between legal services and divorce coaching.
A two-hour Social Media Blueprint Session, content repository, editorial calendar, branded Canva assets, and analytics training helped Jennifer continue the work independently.

Why the sequence mattered
We established positioning and service distinctions before launching content. That gave the website, profiles, press release, and social media a shared direction. Training was part of the engagement from the start, so Jennifer could carry the program forward with tools she understood.
03 · The outcome
Jennifer reported calls increasing from 1–2 per month to 3–4 per week, with people finding her through Google and AI search.
Beyond the numbers, she gained a clearer message, an accessible website, and an organized way to continue her marketing as a solo owner.
Results reported in the original Berryhill Family Law case study for the March–June 2026 launch engagement. Call volume reflects Jennifer’s report.
04 · In Jennifer’s words
