Good marketing decisions begin with understanding the business behind them.
My experience spans marketing leadership, business development, advertising, and operations—including in-house law firm marketing and small business consulting with the OCIE Small Business Development Center.
As a business owner myself, I understand how closely your reputation, resources, and growth are connected. I bring practical perspective, candid advice, and a personal commitment to the work.

The CMO marketing mindset
A campaign is one part of the story. Your business is the whole picture.
Before recommending a channel or a new investment, I want to understand how your business operates, what your clients value, and what growth needs to look like for you.
That’s the perspective I bring to fractional CMO leadership and marketing consulting: practical business experience, candid conversations, and strategy built around your circumstances.

My career began in Southern California’s service industry and developed through account management, territory sales, advertising, and business development. Working with business owners taught me to understand what they wanted to achieve before recommending a solution.
That perspective followed me into digital marketing and in-house law firm leadership. The work has always involved understanding a business, earning trust, and connecting decisions to what matters.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, San Bernardino. My background includes marketing work with three plaintiff law firms and a volunteer term as Co-Chair of the Legal Marketing Association’s Social & Digital Media Shared Interest Group in 2024–2025.
Today, I work directly with law firm leaders and professional service business owners who need practical direction and a committed partner. My work includes AI-assisted marketing workflows and automation strategy, connecting new tools to established business needs, brand standards, and team processes.

More than 30 years across marketing, consulting, sales, and account leadership shape the questions I ask—and the guidance I give you. That experience also informs how I evaluate AI and automation: where they can reduce repetitive work, where human judgment matters, and how they support the business.
I have worked with three plaintiff law firms, connecting marketing strategy, brand development, digital initiatives, and business growth. In a prior in-house role, I managed an annual marketing budget of more than $350,000.
As a business consultant with the OCIE Small Business Development Center, I helped pre-venture and established businesses work through compliance, financial planning, marketing, and opportunities for growth.
I built books of business in territory management and consultative sales roles. That work taught me how to identify opportunities, earn long-term relationships, and connect a client’s needs with a solution that made business sense.
My experience as an insurance agent with AAA and Liberty Mutual strengthened how I listen, explain complex choices, and build trust. Those conversations reinforced the value of understanding the person behind a business decision.
I managed business-to-government accounts serving correctional facilities, working with executive-level stakeholders, government prison contracts, RFP processes, and complex, high-value business relationships.
I hold a B.A. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resource Management, from California State University, San Bernardino. I am a Legal Marketing Association member and served as Social & Digital Media SIG Co-Chair in 2024–2025. I also contribute to the PR Committee at Coachella Valley Volunteers in Medicine.
